POSITION OUTLINES:

  • Minimum 1 year of Social Media/ Graphic design experience (experience in fashion industry an advantage)
  • Moderate knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced photography skills (strong photography portfolio an advantage)
  • Ability to edit, retouch & resize images with speed & accuracy
  • Self-motivating, driven, & confident in their abilities
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment under short deadlines
  • Ability to take constructive criticism
  • Perfectionist, Positive & Self motivated
  • Graphic design experience + style that is aligned with our brand's aesthetic identity
  • Passion for social media tools such as Instagram, Facebook & Tumblr
  • Photography experience is a distinct advantage
  • Strong affinity with local and international fashion industry/current trends

ROLE: (Not limited to)

  • Scout Content
  • Schedule weekly material for Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Tumblr, Youtube, Pintrest).
  • Social media content (Product photography, flat-lays, etc, behind the scene).
  • Copywriting Social Content + Products.
  • Weekly reporting
  • E-Commerce Admin

ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR

  • Must have Minimum 1x year ‘ONLINE RETAIL &/or DISPATCH’ Experience!!
  • Must be available 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Experience in Retail, Warehousing or Distribution.
  • With previous experience with Australia Post's eParcel & DHL Online system.
  • Exceptional attention to details!!!

  • Investigating stock discrepancies and stock control.
  • Direct & lead a team.
  • Assist in training and supervision of new staff.
  • Picking and packing customer orders.
  • Liaising with courier services & deliveries to warehouse.
  • Using Australia Post eParcel system and DHL online to fulfil orders.
  • Assisting E- Commerce staff.
  • Assisting & Conducting quality Control!
  • Sorting all stock discrepancies!
  • Finding answers & sorting all issues regarding stock discrepancies/ warehouse issues..

  • Arise Inventory/ stock discrepancies with Dispatch coordinator.
  • Assists E- Commerce staff.
  • Assisting in Stocktake.
