PRODUCTION COORDINATOR:

POSITION OUTLINES:

  • Minimum 1 years of ‘FASHION PRODUCTION’ experience.
  • Must be available Full-time hours.

ROLE: (Not limited to)

  • Ensures strong and innovative selections of product styles, using shopping patterns, past purchases, and other information to support the purchase and merchandising strategies of Babyboo Fashion.
  • Understand desires, needs, wants, experience, and expectations of our customers.
  • Become an expert in customer purchasing trends and behavior's.
  • Working closely with the Head Designer to meet deadlines of collections.
  • Trends research & presentation of mood bored concepts to Directors.
  • Plan & forecast timelines for each product sample + production.
  • Managing the development process of products from all clothing categories (e.g. formal dress, crop top, swimwear, lingerie, to fashion accessories)
  • Monitoring production timeframes and deadlines.
  • Documenting samples from sample process to completion.
  • Coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining quality control
  • Communication between multiple agents & factories
  • Strong understanding and experience of fabrics & colours.
  • Maintaining brand's image & style.
  • Assist scouting new trends, styles, product lines, fabrications, colours, etc.

  • Assist in training and supervision of new staff.
  • Picking and packing customer orders.
  • Liaising with courier services & deliveries to warehouse.
  • Using Australia Post eParcel system and DHL online to fulfil orders.
  • Assisting E- Commerce staff.
