NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
Easy! If you are not happy with the product that you have purchased online, for any reason, Babyboo Fashion will provide you with a full store Credit Note to exchange the style. (Providing that the product is returned to us undamaged and in its original condition, with tags attached in our policy time frame).
- Items MUST be return within 14 days of delivery from Received Date, for a Babyboo Fashion CREDIT NOTE.
- All returns will automatically be issued an e-store Credit Note that will allow you to easily purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size.
- We do NOT offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- Customers who have received product/s with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly, are entitled to a full refund (Note- Babyboo Fashion Warehouse undertake strict quality control on every item. If the product is faulty, you will be refunds in the original form of payment for the order).
- Please take due care when trying on any products/s, as ANY item/s manually defected will be returned to sender.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item.
- We do NOT Credit Note/ refund original shipping charges.
- A Credit Note will be issued, so you can repurchase another item.
- If you need an urgent exchange, we would highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return, and we will issue you with an e-store Credit Note, once we receive your unwanted item. (As we do NOT hold items for exchange while your item is being sent back)
CONDITION OF RETURN
All Garment/s must be returned:
- Unworn & unwashed,
- With all original tags still attached,
- In product/s correct packaging,
- No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder!
All Shoes must be returned:
- In original shoebox (In the same condition, as delivered to you),
- Must be tried on indoors/ soft floor.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
All Sale items can NOT be returned (Excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code)
For Safety/ Hygiene purposes, the following can not be returned:
- Accessories (Any products within Accessories category)
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Simply log into your account.
- In the My Account section, click the ‘My Orders (return an item)’ tab.
- On the ‘Search for orders’ page, click the ‘Search’ button.
- Find the order containing the item you would like to return and click on the order to open it.
- Click the ‘Create Return’ button.
- Select the item/s you wish to return and select the corresponding ‘Reason for returning’.
- Click ‘Create’ button.
Once we receive your Return Request, we will send you an email confirming your returns approval, within 1-2 working days. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package.
Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for your returning item, as Babyboo Fashion are not held responsible for lost/ damaged returns in transit.

ASSESSING THE RETURN
- Return product/s will be assessed upon arrival and we will notify you if your return has been accepted Via email.
- Un-Returnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above ‘Returns Policy & ‘Conditions of Return’ will NOT be accepted and will be return back to the customer. (Returned to sender)
- Please, do NOT email Babyboo Fashion regarding your Return order update within 14 days of returning your order.
- Re-sending your email will further delay your email responses.
- If it is past 15 days and have not received a Confirmation email OR Credit Note, please email us at email@example.com
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
- You have 7 days from your order’s received date, to request a return, than the item must be return within 14 days from when your return is authorised to qualify for an exchange/credit note.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
- You will receive your refund within 10 business days of the return being 'Processed' and you will be informed via the email address that you provided us at check out when this transaction is complete.
- Credit notes will stay valid for 6 months upon receiving email.
- Credit will be issued via Email and in the form of a code (Example: Babyboo123).
